We [and Adagio of course] are anchored in the lovely Cameleon Bay – a bit north of Desolation Sound. No internet access, but we have some time to catch up on content we downloaded via wireless in Campbell River. So, we were just watching 20-minute video podcasts from the 2006 TED Conference — two of which are especially interesting:

2) Second is a fun, highly visual presentation by Joshua Prince-Ramus [of the firm Ramus Ella Architects (REX)] on the design of the Seattle Library, the Wyly Theater in Dallas and Museum Plaza in Louisville, Kentucky. I see why REX has developed such a reputation for on-budget innovation.
