		<description>In Sparky's humble opinion, all the greed-driven, leverage-loving, bonus-seeking dirtbags like Morgan Stanley's infamous SEC-evading CEO John J Mack who literally mismanaged these once-striving firms into the ground should all hang their ugly heads real low and swiftly resign.

Moreover, they should all be stripped of their related ill-gotten gains.

Then, and only then, will "real" confidence return to the US equity markets.  

But no; we as a nation are instead about to hand the scumbags another chunk of cash so they can start ignoring risk, chasing leverage, and seeking bonuses all over again!
